How do I cancel or make changes to my order?

Please contact support at as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to your order. Orders are processed and typically shipped within 1-2 business days, so it’s best to contact us as soon as possible so that we can amend your order before it is finalized and shipped.

Please provide your order number, the email you used to make the purchase, and your request to either cancel or modify your order in the email to our support team to expedite the process. We will do our best to address your request in time, but please note that we may be unable to make changes to your order if it has already been finalized at our warehouse.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time you made the purchase.

Please note: Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until Monday, regardless of shipping options.

What are my different shipping options?

You can select different shipping options at our checkout before placing your order. We offer USPS and FEDEX for US and International orders.
*Shipping options may be restricted depending on location.

Available Countries
Unfortunately if your specific country is not listed on our checkout page, we are unable to ship to that country at this time. We have faced some challenges in shipping internationally and are not able to ship to certain countries yet. We are working on expanding our international shipping offers, however we can’t make any changes at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please stay tuned for future updates! Thanks for your understanding.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping for customers located outside the US. Please note that depending on your location, there may be additional VAT/GST charges that may be incurred by customs when shipping internationally that Lumo BodyTech is not responsible for. This additional cost is not included in your shipping costs during our checkout process. Please check with your local customs office for price estimates for your country.

What is the Return Policy?

Lumo Lift has a 30 day return policy. If you are not happy with the product or it doesn’t work well for you, you can request a refund by emailing us. Once we receive your return, we will refund you the full amount, less any applicable shipping charges.

I want to Return my Lumo Lift?

To request the return for your Lumo Lift for a refund, please contact our customer support team at Please note that the Lumo Lift has a 30 day return policy starting from the date your order was shipped.

In your request, include the following information so that we can locate your order:

  • Name of Purchaser.
  • Order Number — and/or — Email used to place order.
  • Reason for return (optional)

Once you’ve contacted us, we will review your request and will be in touch with you via email with an RMA number and instructions on how to return your Lumo Lift.

Please DO NOT send your Lumo Lift to our warehouse or office location without an RMA number, as we will not be able to issue a refund without this information.
