The Lumo Run Sensor

Your Lumo Run is a small and discreet wearable sensor that attaches to the back of your running shorts with a clip (included with purchase) and evaluates your running form.

The Lumo Run sensor is a lab-grade 9-axis sensor and advanced algorithms to capture accurate running biomechanics through core body movements.

The Lumo Run app is a required part of the Lumo Run experience. You’ll use the app to set up your sensor, to get real-time audio coaching, and to receive a running form analysis complete with recommendations after your run.

The app connects to the sensor via Bluetooth LTE and will guide you through the setup process.

How do I wear it?

Lumo Run Sensor and Clip

  1. Insert the sensor into the clip.
  2. Place the clip on the waistband of your garment in line with your spine.
  3. Make sure your waistband is tight.

Lumo Run Sensor and Garment

  1. Insert the sensor into the Lumo garment. There’s a pocket inside the zippered pouch on the back of the waistband that is designed to hold the Lumo Run sensor.
  2. Adjust your waistband to sit on your hips.
  3. Make sure your waistband is tight.

Go On A Run

Run with your phone and the Lumo Run app to get real-time audio coaching, post-run form analysis and exercise recommendations to help you improve your running form. The app is your go-to place to track your progress over time.

You also have the option of running phone-free with just the Lumo Run sensor. When you return from your run, your sensor will sync with the app and provide you a post-run analysis and recommendations on how to improve your running form for your next run.
