    Just got mine today. I have an Android phone so I’m waiting for the new Android app but in the interim? This thing rocks! Never knew my posture was so bad until today. My core muscles hurt from straightening up when the Lumo Lift buzzes!

    I just received the device and followed the instructions to charge, it charged all night and green light appeared when device was in charger but then when I removed it and pressed, no green light appears, it does not have any function.HELP?????????????

    I just received my device and let it charge overnight. It has a green light when on the charger but when I remove it from the charger and attempt to align it nothing happens. I tried pressing it twice to check the battery status but still nothing, I just can’t get it to work. Can someone please help me?

    I’m having the same problem. The Lumo Lift lights up green when in the charger, but doesn’t when I take it out and press it. Nothing happens when I press it or try to align it. What could I be doing wrong? Thanks for any help.

    I have the same problem–I’ve kept the Lumo Lift in the charge and in the charger it is lit up as green. When I put it on, it doesn’t align and when I press it, it doesn’t light up at all. What’s the problem and how can it be fixed?

    HI, I am having trouble getting it to stay charged…have only tried one time to wear and not working correctly. Also, when I purchased it from Amazon it said it was compatible with Android phones and I am unable to download the app??? please advise, I really want to use it, but may return if it doesn’t work.     I have rec’d mine and having the same problem as everyone else. It’s charged but when I take it off it’s charger I get nothing. I have followed directions and pushed for three seconds but no green flashing light. Pushed once no blue light. what is going on with this thing.

    I bought this as a gift and am trying to set it up for him. I also charged mine, but no response when i push for three seconds. With all of the people having the same issue, why is the resolution not posted? Please let me know what to do next. Thank you.

      Hi Lisa, thanks for reaching out! Does your Lumo Lift vibrate at all? Please try double pressing to see if you receive 3 short buzzes to make sure that this isn’t a problem in the vibration motor in the sensor. If you receive buzzes, it could be that you are not pressing and holding the Lumo Lift long enough to turn on Coach Vibrations. Please try holding it for longer to see if you receive buzzes. Thanks!

        The device buzzes on full reset so the vibration motor works. I get to the “Aligning” screen in the app and double press the sensor with no response. The green light is on but the sensor is not responding. It is fully charge and linked correctly to the phone. What am I missing?

    I’m very disappointed with this product. It arrived yesterday, I allowed it to charge and followed the instructions and I cannot affix it so that it operates. The only time is buzzes is when I press the 2 parts together. I have tried it in many areas and it does not perform. I would like to return the unit for a credit. I purchased it through Amazon…..please advise…..Thank you…

    I just received mine today. It has been on the charger for almost 3 hours, the light is green and I can’t even start the link process, never mind get a blue light. Obviously this issue has been going on for some time now and it appears to not have been addressed/corrected. Very disappointed in the product.

    I wish I had read these questions (and the scanty responses) before purchasing! I am in same boat. I have my device fully charged, it will vibrate for linking with phone app, but when I put it on and attempt to align, nothing happens. And since it hasn’t aligned, I can’t get any further in the app (I was hoping there were more tips inside the app….)
